Bring a partner, a friend, or a small group of up to three and train together with direct coaching. The session still feels personal β everyone gets individual pad time and technique feedback β but you share the energy and split the cost.
Small-group sessions run longer than solo sessions (75 minutes for pairs, 90 minutes for fight prep pairs) so everyone gets proper coaching time.

What a typical session looks like
We start together β warm-up, shadow work, movement patterns. Then we rotate through pad rounds. While one person is on pads, the other works a drill, bag rounds, or conditioning. Everyone stays moving.
Each person gets individual feedback on their technique. The coach adapts the session to the different levels in the group β a beginner can train alongside an experienced partner without either person being held back or overwhelmed.
For fight prep pairs, the session is longer and more intense. Structured sparring rounds, game plan work, and pressure drills. Both fighters get coaching between rounds.
Sessions finish with shared conditioning or a cool-down depending on the groupβs goals. The outdoor Daintree setting makes these sessions especially good β training on the beach with a mate is a different experience to a gym.
